Friuli Venezia Giulia Region ( a region in north-eastern Italy ) aims to convert population ageing into a social and economic development opportunity. In order to achieve this target, the Region adopted a Regional Law in 2014 to promote Active Ageing and since then it approved two Three-Year Programme 2016-2018 and Three-Years Programme 2019-2021 and the respective Annual Plans.
Moreover, the Region promoted an innovative system to create a collaboration amongst 7 of its Central Directorates and the Liaison Office of Friuli Venezia Giulia region in Bruxelles on Active Ageing by an Interdirectorate Technical Table.
The Three-Year Programme describes implementation process for the promotion of Active Ageing. It is divided in intervention areas and strategic guidelines.
Three Annual Plans originate from the Programme. Every Plan define beneficiaries, receivers, funding sources and implementation periods for each intervention area.
The portal preserves the original structure of the Three-Year programme and the Annual Plans, so you can read all the Opportunities by topic, which show again the strategic guidelines and give much more visibility to the good practices carried out by the registered associations and bodies.
